- If departure within 5 days or ticket deadline within 5 hours or for new bookings - call out call center and talk to an agent.

- Exchange quotations, Refund requests and Booking Cancellation or any other Inquiries – email to [email protected] (We are prioritizing by departure date, so please mention PNR and departure date in subject line clearly.
- Please ensure to cancel unused segments to avoid No Show and remove all UN/UX segments if you are ready for ticket exchange/refunds.
- If you are accepting the protection flight, RSH must be informed to take appropriate action within 10 days of the Schedule Change notification, or 10 days prior to departure, which ever is earlier.
- Some additional tips:
- It is recommended to add a retention or tour segment to keep PNR from purging. For example: OTH in Sabre, ZZ in Travelport & MIS in Amadeus.
- GDS Format to add retention line/extend booking longer

- Apollo: 0TURZZHK1YYZ ddmmm -**EXTEND PNR** (enter) ddmmm -35d from today
- Sabre: 0TORYYGK1YYZddmmm -EXTEND PNR (enter) ddmmm -35d from today
- You may also add a remark to the PNR that includes the original ticket number.
- Although the original flight, date, name or record locator can be used to retrieve the PNR, it is recommended for the agency to track information using an internal logging process.
