Below are the step- by- step instructions to create an invoice: 1. Log in to your PayPal account. 2. Click the Pay & Get Paid tab at the top of the page. 3. Under 'Invoicing', click Create & Manage Invoices. 4. Select Create Invoices. 5. Enter the required information and click Preview. • Bill To: Customer email address • Item Name: What you are charging the customer for • Price: The amount you are charging the Customer 6. Check that all the details are correct. 7. Click Send to send the invoice (Send via PayPal) or (Share Link Myself) To edit the business information showing in invoices go to the box to the right of where you add the billing details and click the down arrow. Then, select "edit business info." *Please be sure to complete a $1 test by sending an invoice to a different email than the once associated with the business account then processing the payment. |
