Must be entered in the tour code box of GDS tickets at time of ticketing for all services except North America as per below:

When the required Tour Code is not entered in the Tour Code box of the ticket for services other than North America, or if it is entered incorrectly, a ticketing error fee of minimum $50.00 per ticket will apply and the commission may be recalled.
- GDS: enter incentive amount in the commission box at time of ticketing
- aircanada.com/agents and AC NDC certified channels: rate is automatically applied and paid via BSP
- Also eligible for Online rate are itineraries between:
- Canada – Great Britain, Ireland or Amsterdam connecting in London (all airports) to British Airways, provided the plating carrier is 014, and all transatlantic segments are operated by Air Canada Carriers
- Canada – Ireland connecting in London (all airports) to AC marketed flights operated by
Aer Lingus AC*EI
(Belfast is excluded)
For Interline Rates to apply:
- All transatlantic segments must be marketed and operated by a Transatlantic Joint Venture Carrier
- Maximum of 2 segments on non-JV carriers in each direction
For Online Rates to apply:
- All segments must be marketed and operated by a JV carrier
- Canadian North 5T, Central Mountain Air 9M, Bearskin JV, Air Creebec YN, PAL Airlines PB and Pascan Aviation P6 are permitted on domestic Canada segment(s) provided that transatlantic segments are marketed and operated by any of the Transatlantic Joint Venture Carriers

- Change fees, seat selection fees, meals, upgrades, and all other optional products and services fees
- All net fares, including Leisure/ Group net fares and IT/BT (no fare ticketing)
- Air Canada for Business tickets issued with a PN #
- Corporate contract tickets identified with a "CC" corporate contract number, a Star Alliance contract number or any other corporate contract number in the tour code box, including tickets with no corporate discount applied
- Aeroplan redemption tickets, Industry reduced rates, Air Canada Vacations air-only tickets, Bereavement fares and any other discount program fares
- Taxes, surcharge and any fees/charges entered in the tax boxes
- Group bookings on Sun, South America, Transatlantic, mainland China and Transpacific
- Round the World RTW fares
- Infant fares not occupying a seat
- Tickets issued via the Air Canada Web link
- Retroactive Time of Ticketing; it is the responsibility of the travel agent to claim the correct time of ticketing upon ticket issuance

- Open Jaw, Side trip and End-on-End fares as per fare rules
