Goway Introduces Your New Dedicated Account Manager

I am excited to present myself as your new Account Manager, and I look forward to providing you with excellent service and support.
My name is Jason Stratford, and I bring over 30 years of tourism industry expertise with me.
In my time working with Goway, I have held positions as a reservations manager and, most recently, a member of the learning and development team.
In that role, I had the pleasure of instructing some of our destination specialists on our new reservations system.
Prior to joining Goway, I worked as the Sales and Marketing Manager for North America for APT (Australian Pacific Touring). In addition, my past experience as a Travel Advisor has provided me with a thorough understanding of the complexities of travel planning and customer service quality.
Throughout my career, I have always been motivated by a desire to assist people and to make their working life easier. I am a major believer in building solid relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. The success of you and your business is my top priority as your dedicated account manager. I'm here to offer direction, address any issues, and make sure that collaborations go well.
